The group of students and professors collaborated with the professionals of the Pharmacy sector of the Hospital of Clinics in an interdisciplinary way, realizing an integral project that had as main beneficiaries to ambulatory patients without medical coverage, the elderly with multiple pathologies.
The objectives were to provide an impact improvement in the health service performed by the Hospital de Clínicas “José de San Martín” to outpatients and to promote transdisciplinary work focused on the needs of the patient population in the context of the UOF.

The proposal develops three areas: communication and intelligence, space, equipment and / or object.
The areas are working in a system, at the same time, interdisciplinarily enriching learning that culminate in the integration of the unified project.
